The State Public Defender’s Office is seeking to contract with an attorney to participate in Scott County Juvenile Pre-Charge Diversion Programs. The attorney will be an additional professional that will participate in established, very successful juvenile diversion programs. The contract will begin on about May 1, 2024 and end on December 31, 2024. A successful candidate will have the option to renew. It is expected that the attorney selected will work 20 hours per month toward the contract. The contract compensation will be $2200 per month.
