The State Public Defender’s Office is seeking to contract with one attorney to represent defendants charged with Misdemeanor Probation Violations in Scott County, Iowa. The contract will begin on February 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2025 with the intent to renew in the next fiscal year. Rate of pay is $3,750 per month.
