The State Public Defenderβs Office is seeking to contract with one attorney to represent indigent persons charged with Domestic Abuse Contempt/Family Law Contempt in Linn County, Iowa. The contract will begin on September 1, 2025 and end on December 31, 2025. It is expected that the attorney selected will work 14 -18 hours per month toward the contract. Rate of pay is $1,000 per month.
