The Warren County Family Treatment Court is seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney for a Special Contract position to represent parents participating in the program.
Role: The attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to parents throughout their involvement with the Family Treatment Court, supporting their efforts towards reunification with their children and successful program completion. The position focuses on a collaborative, family-centered approach, promoting positive outcomes for families involved with the child welfare system due to parental substance abuse.
Compensation: This Special Contract position offers a monthly payment of $1,500.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of family treatment courts and a restorative justice approach.
- Experience in child welfare and family law preferred.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
